In Ulster County, the state Department of Health was reporting that there were 72 new cases reported, with 23 in Sullivan County as a statewide trend of new COVID-19 cases continues to mount.
There are now 489 active COVID-19 cases in Ulster, up from 337 a week ago, with 104 in Sullivan, down from 118.
A total of 141,993 COVID-19 tests have been administered in Ulster since March, resulting in a total of 2,933 positive cases. Health officials in Sullivan have seen 1,958 confirmed cases out of 45,261 tests.
A total of 500 people in Sullivan County are currently in quarantine, 12 more than earlier in the week.
Ulster has reported 98 COVID-19 fatalities, while there have been 51 virus-related deaths in Sullivan, with none in the past four weeks.

- Denning: 2 (4);
- Shandaken: 0 (4);
- Town of Kingston: 0 (2).
There have been no reported cases in Hardenburg.
Specific data about Sullivan County municipalities was not available on Nov. 20.
Since the pandemic began in March, there have been 17,386,368 New Yorkers tested for the virus, with 579,382 testing positive. The Department of Health has confirmed 26,257 COVID-19 fatalities.
